Online booking application

RG Séances

RG Séances lets people book an online one-to-one session with Rana Gorgani: choosing a free time slot, secure payment, and an appointment added to her Google Calendar with a video link sent automatically.

What the application does

Simple booking, from start to finish

Online booking

Interview, mystical guidance or individual Sufi dance lesson: the person picks a genuinely free slot, shown in their own time zone.

Secure payment

Payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. Card details are never stored on the site.

Calendar and video call

The confirmed session is added to the organiser’s Google Calendar with a Google Meet link, and the person is invited.

E-mails and reminders

Confirmation, reminder the day before, cancellation and refund: every step is notified by e-mail.

Google and your data

Limited and transparent use of Google

RG Séances is a module installed on Rana Gorgani’s website. Only the site administrator connects a Google account, once, to link their own calendar. People who book do not sign in with Google, and the application accesses none of their Google data.

It only checks busy time slots in the calendar (without reading event titles or content) so it never offers a slot that is already taken.
It creates an appointment for each confirmed session, with a Google Meet link, and deletes it if the session is cancelled.
It does not access Gmail, contacts or Drive.

RG Séances’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
