Terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the RG Séances application, the online booking module for the one-to-one sessions of Rana Gorgani – Danse Soufie (interview, mystical guidance, individual Sufi dance lesson) offered on danse-soufie.com. By booking a session or using the application, you accept these terms.

2. The service

  • You choose a session and a free time slot shown in your time zone, enter your details and pay online.
  • The booking is confirmed once payment is validated. You receive a confirmation e-mail, a calendar invitation and a video link (Google Meet or another link stated in the e-mail).
  • Sessions take place by video call. You are responsible for having a suitable connection and equipment.

3. Price and payment

The price of the session is shown to you before any final confirmation, at the payment step. Payment is made online, in euros, by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through the payment provider Stripe. A receipt is sent to you by e-mail.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel free of charge, from the link in your confirmation e-mail, up to 48 hours before the session: you are fully refunded and may book another slot.
  • After that deadline the session remains due, unless the organiser decides otherwise.
  • If the organiser cancels a session, you are fully refunded and notified by e-mail.
  • The deadline that applies is the one displayed when you book.

5. Your commitments

You provide accurate information (in particular a valid e-mail address), join at the scheduled time and do not record the session without the organiser’s agreement. You must not disrupt the application or misuse it.

6. Connection to Google

Only the site administrator connects a Google account to the application, to link their own calendar. People who book do not need to sign in with Google. The data involved is detailed in the privacy policy and on the Google data use page.

7. Intellectual property

The application, its texts, logo and content are protected. Sessions and their content remain the property of their authors; reproducing or sharing them without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

The organiser makes every effort to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation (maintenance, network failure, unavailability of a third-party service such as Google or Stripe). If a booked and paid session cannot take place, you are refunded. Sessions are a personal, artistic and spiritual practice and do not replace medical or psychological advice.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy. You can exercise your rights by writing to info.ranagorgani@gmail.com.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; consumers may use a consumer mediator.
